Easy One Step Pairing
Pairing earphones shouldn't be difficult and we made the TrueBT Air's pairing process straightforward and effortless.
Simply take the earbuds out of the compact charging case and the earbuds will automatically enter discovery mode (both earbud's led will start blinking blue and red). Once in discovery mode, take your smartphone or tablet and identify "iLuv TrueBTAir" to connect with the earphones.
If your earbuds are already paired to your device, they will automatically reconnect whenever it's taken out of the charging case.
Independent Connection
Both TrueBT Air wireless earbuds independently connect and transmit to the paired device which allows for either the Left or Right earbud to enter mono mode or stereo mode seamlessly.
Other true wireless earphones use a Master-Slave connection and are dependent on one another to complete signal transmission to the paired device. This type of connection prohibits seamless mono mode and often results in poor connection leading to constant disconnection.

Buttonless Touch Controls
The TrueBT Air features a sleek buttonless user interface which allows for simple yet functional controls. Earbud controls listed below:
- Power (On): Hold touch area for 2 seconds
- Power (Off): Hold touch area for 5 seconds
- Calls (Answer/End): Tap touch area 2 times
- Calls (Reject): Hold touch area for 2 seconds
- Music (Play/Pause): Tap touch area 1 time
- Music (Skip): Tap touch area 2 times; Left for previous and Right for next
- Volume (Up/Down): Hold touch area; Left for decrease and Right for increase
All Day Music Anytime, Anywhere
The built-in rechargeable batteries within these TWS bluetooth earphones allow for all day listening. You can enjoy a total of 18 hours of listening time with multiple charges from the compact charging case.

For Apple iPhone users, please note that calls will default to the smartphone. You can switch the call over to the earbuds by using the audio button on your phone call screen. For most Android smartphones, calls will default to the earbuds.

Perfect Comfortable Fit
Choose from one of the four ear tips for the best fit and insert the correct earbud into the corresponding ear.
The earbuds are marked with either a L (Left ear) or R (Right ear) because each earbud is specifically angled to perfectly fit your ear shape.
Once the earbuds are inserted into your ear, slightly twist and turn clockwise to secure the fit; adjust as needed.
IPX6 Waterproof Protection
The TrueBT Air earbuds and portable charging case are both sealed with IPX6 rated protection for heavy rain and water splash resistance.
This level of resistance ensures that the earbuds and charging case can endure a minimum of three minutes of powerful jets spraying at least 100 liters of water per minute without water penetrating the hardware.

Are you able to just wear one earbud at a time and it play from your phone?
You'll have no problem using the earbuds separately since both earbuds of the TrueBT Air are independently paired to your device.

TrueBT Air are compatible with any device with Bluetooth. Please make sure your Dell laptop has a Bluetooth receiver.

TrueBT Air have a microphone built into each earbud. The MEMs microphone we've implemented reduce wind noise, filter ambient noise, and transmit voice clearly in any noisy environment to ensure high quality clear crisp phone calls. Both earbuds are equipped with a high-performance MEMs mic, environmental Noise Cancellation.

Are these headphones compatible with the Samsung s9

My right ear is currently the master earphone, so the left won\'t work without the right. How do i switch it so the left is the master headphone?

Although you can separately connect the ear pieces with a different device, they can only be connected to one device at a time.

yes, you can. before your pair them to your desktop computer, please disconnect your earbuds from your mobile or other BT devices.

Is there a way to turn off call features, so music is the only mode?
if you turn your phone to airplane mode, it will block the phone call and BT earbuds will only play music.

Can I pair the earbuds to my 2020 macbook air? When I open Bluetooth on my mac, they don't show up under Devices.
Truebtair V2.0 can pair with macbook air.
remark : please double check whether your Truebtair V2.0 paired with other devices. you need to remove it from previous connected device. -
What's the maximum volume for these earbuds?
it's same as the phone's maximum volume setting. (approximate 100dB SPL)

These earbuds aren't connecting to my PC laptop via bluetooth. What can I do?
TrueBT Air V2.0 can connect with your PC laptop, see below example of connection proceduer ( Windows 10).
First Connection:
1. Make sure the Bluetooth is on your laptop.
2. Click on the Windows logo at the bottom left corner
3. Click on “Settings”
4. Click on “Devices”
5. Click on “Add Bluetooth or other devices” and then “Bluetooth”
6. Take out both earbuds from the charging case.
7. “iLuv TB200” should show up on your Windows and then click on it.
8. Finally, TrueBT Air V2.0 will be connected to your laptop.
After First Connection:
1. Take out both earbuds from charging case and they will connect to your laptop automatically.
2. If the connection is not made automatically
a. Click on the Windows logo at the bottom left corner
b. Click on “Settings”
c. Click on “Devices”
d. “iLuv TB200” should show up under “Audio” section
e. Click on “iLuv TB200” and then “Connect”.
f. Finally, TrueBT Air V2.0 will be connected to your laptop. -
Can these earbuds pair with an Apple watch? I haven't been able to get mine to pair to my watch, but they easily pair to my phone and laptop.

One of my earbuds has fallen out and no longer works, but the red flashing light comes on when it is in the charging case. How can I recover the functionality of the headset?
iluv :Please follow below steps to try to test single earbud is working or not by "step B". If "Step B" is OK to go for both ear pieces , then Try " Step A" again. Important to fully charge both earbuds before starting.Step A:
- fully charge earbuds : check whether your "felling down" earbud can hold for charge or not.
- Please press and hold the button on both earpieces for about 3 seconds to power them off.
- On your phone, remove the "iLuv True BT Air" Bluetooth profile from the list of paired devices and turn off the Bluetooth.
- from Off mode , Press and hold the button on both ear pieces for about 5 seconds until they say "Pairing".
- Double click the right or left earpiece. It will say "Searching for slave." The earpieces will pair together then say "Pair to your device."
- Turn on your phone`s Bluetooth and connect the earphones.
Step B:
- On your phone, remove the "iLuv True BT Air" Bluetooth profile from the list of paired devices and turn off the Bluetooth.
- from Off mode , Press and hold the button on one ear pieces ( L or R) for about 5 seconds until they say "Pairing". ( Keep anther earbud in charging case or OFF mode)
- Turn on your phone`s Bluetooth and connect the single earphone.
- Repeat the same procedures for anther ear bud.

My headphones will not even connect to each other, that leads to them not being able to connect to my device. What should i do?

You can't adjust volume through earbuds, but need to adjust volume through your phone.
